The Philadelphia Eagles have their final 53-man roster and the real works begins for the 2026 season.
The Eagles face immense pressure in 2026 to succeed, but their talented roster could make that easier. Eagles general manager Howie Roseman did a good job finding the right talent and building a team that could win a Super Bowl if they play their cards right.
So, who are the guys the Eagles can lean on to carry them to a title, and who should be happy just to be on the roster? Here is a look at all 53 players ranked on the roster.

The Just Happy to Be in Philly
53. Mac McWilliams, CB
McWilliams took a major step back in coverage during training camp. He truly is lucky to be on the team right now.
52. Kelee Ringo, CB
Ringo's coverage skills have just been rough to watch over the years. The only thing that has saved him from being cut is that he is very good on special teams.
51. Cole Payton, QB
When the offense struggled early on, Payton showed he can use his athleticism to make plays happen. He also played a little bit of special teams, so expect him to be all over the field in 2026.
50. E.J. Jenkins, TE
Jenkins was the biggest surprise on the 53-man roster, but he somehow made the team. He most likely will be the third tight end over Stowers to start the season. It's just not clear on whether he will stay on or not the whole 2026 campaign.
49. Rocco Underwood, LS
Underwood looked good in preseason as a rookie. It's just a matter of him staying consistent all season and holding that job for a long time.
48. Micah Morris, OG
Morris played well in the preseason, but some time on the bench will do him good. He's got a chance to be a solid backup throughout his career.
47. Eli Stowers, TE
Training camp and preseason were rough on Stowers, but the potential is there for him to be great. It feels more like a redshirt year for the young tight end as he learns the NFL.
46. Elijah Moore, WR
Moore built some good chemistry with Hurts throughout training camp. He may not play as much as he would hope, but has a chance to make an impact on special teams.
45. Andy Dalton, QB
Dalton put together a slightly below -average preseason for a three-time Pro Bowler. Still, he's a veteran who knows the offense, so he will still be a good asset to the team.
The Important Key Reserves
44. Drew Kendall, OL
Kendall has shown great improvement as a pass blocker throughout the preseason. He earned his way onto the roster and can be a solid lineman for their depth.
43. Jonathan Jones, CB
Jones spent most of training camp on the sidelines, but he can be a solid corner as fans have seen over the years. The veteran will help this team out where the other depth corners really struggled in preseason.
42. Johnny Mundt, TE
Mundt is a great blocking tight end who will help the Eagles in a part of the offense that really struggled in 2025. The hope is that he might be able to catch the ball sometimes as well.
41. Ty Robinson, DT
Robinson had a great preseason and looks to be improving as a player. It's just a matter of whether he can truly break out in 2026.
40. Arnold Ebiketie, EDGE
Ebiketie didn't get much play during the preseason and there wasn't many reports on how he was doing in training camp. Still, he had a nice run over the last two years with the Atlanta Falcons, so he could still be a good pass rusher.
39. Tanner McKee, QB
McKee struggled in the first and last preseason game, but played well against the New England Patriots. Overall, he's still the best of the backup quarterbacks and deserves to win that QB2 job.
38. Byron Young, DT
Young might have some things to work on as a defensive tackle, but he still has a chance to be very good in 2026. He will have to split reps with Robinson emerging. That should be fine with the young defender who continues to get better.
37. Smael Mondon Jr., LB
Mondon had a nice breakout training camp with Davis calling him the sleeper of camp. Watch for Mondon to take over Trotter's role as a special teams ace in 2026.
36. Will Shipley, RB
Shipley has been bouncing back nicely after a strong performance against the Patriots in the preseason. He's showing the versatility the Eagles need from him in 2026 as the RB3.
35. Willie Lampkin, OG
Lampkin was one of the breakout stars of training camp for the Eagles after not allowing a single sack during the preseason. He's got a bright future as a solid depth guy on the line.
34. Markel Bell, OT
Bell looked like he could be the future successor to Lane Johnson after a good preseason performance. This is a good year for him to sit and learn from one of the best linemen in NFL history.
33. Michael Carter II, S
Carter was making some highlight plays in training camp that got a ton of buzz from everyone. Due to his inexperience at safety, he was not able to win the job. That's okay, though, as he will be on the field at times still on defense.
32. AJ Epenesa, EDGE
Epenesa got a nice shoutout by Vic Fangio for the way he has played in training camp. That should lead to the veteran getting some reps in 2026.
31. Hollywood Brown, WR
Brown was a bit of a disappointing in training camp, but he's a veteran who is still very good as a receiver. His speed is hard to stack up against, so he should be a threat in the passing game.
The Best of the Rest of the Top Half
30. Fred Johnson, OT
Johnson can be plugged in anywhere on the line and be able to help out. It may have been an up and down training camp for him, but he's still a good reserve player.
29. Darius Cooper, WR
Cooper had a breakout training camp for the second straight season. He improve as a receiver, drawing comparisons to A.J. Brown. Let's not jump the gun on him yet, but it is exciting to see what kind of leap he takes in 2026.
28. Marcus Epps, S
Epps won the safety by a slim margin, but he is still a solid starter. He should be able to hold down the job for 2026 and help out on defense.
27. Jeremiah Trotter Jr., LB
Trotter looked great in preseason and training camp, as he looks like he could be a starter today. He will be a part of the rotation at linebacker, but kudos to him for being patient, as his moment has finally arrived to play more on defense.
26. Tank Bigsby, RB
Bigsby averaged 5.9 yards per carry with the Eagles last year. That's enough said for the kind of runner he is and what he could do in this offense.
25. Jake Elliott, K
Elliott had a lot better preseason and training camp than he has looked over the last two years. There is hope that he can be a very good kicker again in 2026.
24, Andrew Mukuba, S
Mukuba has the potential to be a great playmaker in the secondary. He showed those traits before the ankle injury last year. There's only one season of work under him, but he still could be very good in Year 2.
23. Makai Lemon, WR
Lemon missed most of training camp and is coming off a very ugly preseason debut. Still, the talent is there and he can be a threat in this passing game with his quick feet and route running.
22. Nolan Smith Jr., EDGE
Smith has a lot to prove this season, but he's still a very good edge rusher on this team. Remember, he was a major factor during the Super Bowl title run two years ago, so if he can go back to that guy, he will be great.
21. Dontayvion Wicks, WR
Wicks had a great training camp and showed the kind of potential he has to be a great WR2. Hurts and Wicks have built great chemistry together and the two will be fun to watch.
The Impact Players
20. Tyler Steen, OG
Steen doesn't nearly get enough love from the fan base, but he is still a very good offensive lineman. This will be his second season as a starter, and if he shows what he can do like he did late in the season, he could finally show why the Eagles believe he can be the next great offensive lineman.
19. Riq Woolen, CB
Woolen was a bit inconsistent in training camp, but the potential is there for him for be great in 2026. He needs to play more like the playoff corner the Seattle Seahawks had last year and that could lead to good results.
18. Jihaad Campbell, LB
Campbell has the potential to be a great linebacker in the NFL and showed that early last year as a rookie. Now that he is a full-time starter, Campbell will have a shot at showing what he can do in 2026.
17. Braden Mann, P
This might seem high to many, but Mann is so underrated as a punter on this roster. He is very good at his job and has a chance to continue to improve like he has over the years in Philly.
16. Moro Ojomo, DT
Ojomo is going to be a very rich man in 2027 because of how good he is. If it wasn't for Davis and Carter, Ojomo might have already been a Pro Bowler in his NFL career. He's got that kind of potential.
15. Cam Jurgens, C
Jurgens' injury history is a concern, but he has still notched Pro Bowl selections two years in a row. If he can stay healthy, he's one of the top centers in the league.
14. Dallas Goedert, TE
Goedert may be getting there with age, but he can still play a top 10 tight end in this league. After breaking the franchise record for touchdowns by a tight end, he has a chance to do it again in 2026.
13. Jalyx Hunt, EDGE
Hunt can do it all from dropping back into coverage to pressuring the quarterback. This man's versatility at edge rusher is so dangerous.
12. Jonathan Greenard, EDGE
Greenard needs to stay healthy. If he does that, the Eagles have a great pass rusher who can do what Jaelan Phillips wasn't able to do last year: produce sacks.
11. Landon Dickerson, OG
Dickerson might have been banged up last year, but he is still a great offensive lineman in the NFL. If he can stay healthy, he's a top-10 guard in the league.
The Superstars
10. Jordan Davis, DT
A fan favorite in Philly, Davis has improved so much as a player and continues to show that he can be a Pro Bowler in this league. He was honestly robbed of that last year after a career season that saw him lose over 25 pounds and play better than ever.
9. Jalen Hurts, QB
Everyone can complain about Hurts all they want, but he is a great player on this Eagles team. He has great athleticism in the pocket, can throw a pretty deep ball, and he's a winner. The three-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl MVP is truly one of the most underappreciated players in the league.
8. DeVonta Smith, WR
Finally, no one can stand in the way of Smith being the number one receiver on the Eagles. Even with A.J. Brown in Philly, Smith had three seasons of over 1,000 yards in his five-year career. Not bad for a number-one receiver playing a number-two role that he shouldn't have.
7. Zack Baun, LB
Even with fewer tackles in 2025 than in 2024, Baun is a critical piece of this defense. He can drop back into coverage, stop the run, and blitz the quarterback. Baun is a nightmare for offenses because of everything he can do.
6. Jordan Mailata, LT
Mailata still hasn't been selected to the Pro Bowl, despite everyone naming him one of the top 10 offensive tackles in the NFL. Maybe this is the year he finally gets recognized for his great work on the left side of the line.
5. Saquon Barkley, RB
Despite a down season, Barkley is still such an important piece to this Eagles offense. It's kind of crazy to think that a 1,140-yard and seven-touchdown season is actually not good for Barkley, because most running backs would kill for those kinds of stats. The Eagles are spoiled to have him on the team.
4. Cooper DeJean, CB
DeJean has great versatility at the nickel, with strong coverage and the potential to be one of the NFL's best tackling corners. He was also a first-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro last season and will only get better as a player.
3. Quinyon Mitchell, CB
Mitchell is arguably the best shutdown corner in the NFL after having 17 pass deflections in 2025. He earned his first All-Pro and Pro Bowl selections after a great season. There is no doubt he will be a rich man next offseason.
2. Jalen Carter, DT
Making two Pro Bowls in three years certainly helps in making a player great. Carter can do it all, from rushing the passer to stopping the run. He is the real deal and a difference-maker on this defense.

1. Lane Johnson, RT
Look at how this offense looked last year without Johnson in the lineup. This man is a future Hall of Famer and has won two Super Bowls for the Eagles. He had 262 pass-blocking snaps in 2025 and allowed zero sacks. He is as elite as it gets.
