Going into the 2026 NFL schedule release, the Philadelphia Eagles were ranked 10th in the league for the easiest schedule based on 2025 winning percentages, but reactions were mixed afterward.

Arguably, the Eagles have a tougher schedule than some expected, with some stretches being near impossible for them to get out without at least one loss. Even with that, many people believe Philly will be a very good football team.

FOX Sports released new win total projections after the 2026 schedule was released, with the Eagles looking to be in a solid position. They have the second-highest in the NFL, tied with five teams at 10.5.

Eagles expected to win at least 10 or more games in 2026

Not even including the schedule, on paper, the Eagles look like a team that is going to contend for a Super Bowl again. Offensively, they got younger, using all their draft picks in the first six rounds on offensive players, including a revamped wide receiver room. Their defense has some of the best players in the league, with Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, Zack Baun, Quinyon Mitchell, and Cooper DeJean.

Despite some rough patches, there are a few favorable games for the Eagles, as their stretch of playing NFC East teams three weeks in a row has them at home twice. They also have some easier matchups late in the year against the Arizona Cardinals and the Indianapolis Colts.

The travel will be much earlier in the year, with London on the schedule, but after that game, the Eagles do get some help from the NFL with home games in three of the next four contests. Their road trips are not as bad as some of the other teams in the league.

It's a make-or-break year for the Eagles with a lot of jobs on the line, so the hope is they will live up to those projections as they need every one of them.
