Week 11 of the NFL season delivered some unforgettable offensive performances. Stars stepped up, carrying their respectives teams and igniting playoff hopes in both the NFC and AFC.
We saw offensive onslaughts. We witnessed a special teams kicking masterclass. The stars came out to play and left their mark.
Their contributions not only defined individual games. They also helped shape the playoff picture. Teams are continuing to battle. Division titles are on the line. The postseason picture is beginning to take shape.
Jared Goff has his best game of the season and narrows focus on the NFC crown.
Quarterback Jared Goff delivered a stellar performance in the Detroit Lions’ dominant 52-6 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Completing 24 of 29 passes (82.8%), Goff threw for a season-high 412 yards and four touchdowns while adding 21 rushing yards—his fourth-highest rushing output in 8.5 NFL seasons.
This was undeniably his best game of the season, helping the Lions achieve their best start since 1934 with a 9-1 record. The victory also extended Detroit’s win streak to eight games, their longest since 1934 as well.
Goff is ranked ninth in passing yards and fourth in passing touchdowns, placing the Lions in prime position to secure the NFC’s No. 1 seed and make a deep playoff run.
Saquon Barkley’s excellence keeps Eagles soaring.
Running back Saquon Barkley was a force of nature in the Eagles’ 34-27 Thursday night win over the Washington Commanders.
Barkley racked up 146 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries, with an additional 52 yards on two receptions.
Barkley's 1,137 rushing yards is just 48 yards shy of Derrick Henry’s league-leading rushing total (1,185). He is averaging 113 yards per contest and has eclipsed 100 rushing yards in six games this season.
His ability to dominate between the tackles and break open big plays continues to power Philadelphia’s playoff aspirations. The win also extended the Eagles’ streak to six games and secured their NFC East lead at 8-2.
Amon-Ra St. Brown’s career day bolsters Lions’ dominance.
Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown had a career performance in the Detroit Lions’ rout of the Jacksonville Jaguars. He caught all 11 of his targets. The result was 161 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
That receiving yards total doubles as a personal best and highlights what has been a stellar season. St. Brown has been Goff's most reliable weapon, ranked third in receptions, tenth in yards, and second in receiving touchdowns.
His ability to create separation and make tough catches in traffic keeps Detroit’s offense among the league’s most potent.
Taysom Hill’s versatility leads Saints to victory.
Hybrid "tight end" Taysom Hill showcased his all-around talent in the New Orleans Saints’ 35-14 win over the Cleveland Browns.
The do-it-all player rushed for 138 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries while adding eight receptions for 50 yards. Hill even contributed a pass completion, further solidifying his role as the Saints’ ultimate ‘Swiss Army knife’.
This career-best performance was a bright spot in a challenging season for the Saints, who are now 4-7 and fighting to stay in the NFC South playoff race.
Hill’s ability to impact the game in multiple ways will be pivotal as New Orleans chases the division-leading Falcons.
Chris Boswell proves kickers can carry their team to big wins.
The Pittsburgh Steelers leaned on kicker Chris Boswell to secure an 18-16 victory over the rival Baltimore Ravens without scoring a touchdown. Boswell nailed all six of his field goal attempts, including three from beyond 50 yards.
Boswell’s accuracy has been unmatched this season. Having already made 29 of 30 field goal attempts, he is on pace to break the single-season field goal record of 44, set by David Akers in 2011.
The Steelers, now 8-2 and atop the NFC North, owe much of their success to Boswell’s clutch kicking.
