Saquon Barkley... That's it. That's the take.

The last time Philadelphia Eagles fans saw Drew Lock, we weren't having any fun. Last December, he led the Seattle Seahawks on a go-ahead drive and won over Philly in Week 15.

This time around, we liked the result a tad better. He was the ceremonial white flag waved by the G-Men. Philly led by four scores early during the fourth quarter at MetLife Stadium.

The decision was made to sit Daniel Jones with the game out of reach. Philly's sixth game of the regular season will be discussed for its defensive effort. Three total TDs were scored by QB1 Jalen Hurts, one through the air and two more on the ground. Then, there's that Saquon Barkley fellow...

Saquon Barkley's return to MetLife Stadium as the enemy was one to remember.

The New York Giants let Saquon Barkley walk and added Devin Singletary. They felt good about that. Let that sink in for a moment.

No disrespect is intended to Singletary. He's good, but he isn't Saquon. Seriously, where is the debate here?

Philly's sixth game of the regular season will be discussed for its defensive effort and three TDs from QB1 Jalen Hurts. The defense registered eight sacks on the day, but you can't talk about this one without bringing up Philly's star tailback.

Let's just say revenge is sweet. We'll also add another theory.

Who gives a damn about a fine and league offices?

Let's begin with that Barkley/Singletary thing. Devin Singletary finished this one with one catch for three yards and 18 rushing yards on five carries. Saquon Barkley's stat line is as follows:

17 carries, 176 yards rushing, a touchdown rush, two receptions, 11 yards receiving, and a rushing TD.

He should probably also have a receiving TD on his stat sheet, but Jalen missed him as he came open during one instance in the red zone. All in all though, again, revenge is very sweet.

How good has Saquon been? We might need to begin serious MVP discussions. We know we're only seven weeks and six Eagles games into the season. Frankly, we don't care about that much.

This team could very well be 5-1 or 1-5. The wins and losses have toed that fine of a line. The only obvious outcomes were the loss in Tampa and the win in New Jersey.

But, we'll say this about the games the Eagles have won. They may not be on the ledger without Saquon Barkley. He has been as good as advertised and worth every penny he is being paid.
