There isn't exactly a lot of confidence in the Philadelphia Eagles going into the playoffs after an up-and-down season.
Even though they will be one of the top-seeded teams in the NFC, many experts aren't even considering the Eagles as an option to win it all. Former NFL quarterback and FOX broadcaster Tom Brady doesn't feel the same way.
Brady responded to a question during the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions game about who he thought was a team being overlooked in the playoffs. The legendary quarterback likes the Eagles to make some noise.
"Well, it's hard to think that the defending Super Bowl champions are under the radar, but I've loved Philly all year.
I would be a little worried if I had to face the Eagles in the playoffs."
Eagles have a chance to win it all
Most of the key players from the Eagles' 2024 Super Bowl championship team came back for the 2025 season. There were some new pieces to the starting lineup on defense, but the Eagles managed to put together a solid roster.
Philly's defense actually looks better late in the season than last year's defense did on the Super Bowl run. It helps to have four Pro Bowlers from that side of the ball playing for the team.
The offense is where most of the doubt is coming from, as this unit has been in the bottom 10 in total offense and passing all season. Multiple times this season, the offense has fallen apart in either the first or second half, playing inconsistently in games.

Sure, this team might not be as good as the Super Bowl-winning team from last year, but they are resilient and always find a way to win a game, as this Eagles team has been in the Super Bowl twice in three years and been to the playoffs every year Nick Sirianni has been head coach. No one should sleep on the Eagles as they can still get it done.
