Any Philadelphia Eagles fan who has seen a Vic Fangio press conference knows that he delivers some of the best quotes of any coach in the NFL.
Fangio can be brutally honest about things, but does so in a way that makes 100% sense while getting everyone to laugh out loud. He had a moment in his press conference when he was asked about Joe Kasper moving into the pass game coordinator position after replacing Christian Parker, who departed for the Dallas Cowboys as their defensive coordinator. But Fangio was more fixated on the pass game coordinator title and told the media the truth about it.
"All these titles you guys see around the league, pass game coordinators, run game coordinators," Fangio said via The Athletic's Zach Berman. "There's many more. Assistant head coach, associate head coach, this, that, and the other. You know what those titles mean? About as much as this bottle of water's going to mean after I finish drinking it."
Vic Fangio goes on a short rant about different coaching titles
For Eagles fans, the run game coordinator title hits a little differently in the city since that was the old title for former offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland, who left the team during the offseason. Stoutland reportedly lost his title as run game coordinator, which caused issues between him and the organization.
While most people outside the organization might not see the ins and outs of the coaching staff, Eagles fans will take Fangio's word as gospel because he is always honest. A lot of these titles are just, well, titles and may not mean much in the grand scheme of things, as the coaches all do the same job and work together at the end of the day.

Still, it's great to see that Fangio is in midseason form with the comments that make him the best in the NFL.
