Dave:
The Falcons badly need to upgrade their linebacking corps, and Atlanta nabs a stud linebacker as a consolation prize for having to sit through an abysmal season. Buffalo’s Khalil Mack hits like the truck he shares a namesake with, and aside from great nicknaming capabilities brings versatility with the size to play at linebacker or even at 4-3 defensive end. North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron could also be in play here.

Giorgos:
I love this selection. Khalil Mack is probably the most safe pick among the top-ranked prospects. At number six not only he presents great value for the Atlanta Falcons, but he also covers a team need. Mack is fast and agile, but also smart and with good technique. If he adds some muscle, he could make the transition from 3-4 outside linebacker to 4-3 defensive end.
