3. Jacksonville Jaguars
Johnny Manziel
Quarterback, Texas A&M

The Jaguars need a lot of help at a lot of positions. Obviously a quarterback is the place to start, and with Clowney and Mack gone, I can see the Jaguars going for the home run. Three may seem early for the Jags to go after Manziel as there are more talented prospects available. This way the Jaguars get their guy and bring excitement to the game of football in Jacksonville. Manziel is also familiar with the Jaguars first round pick last year, offensive tackle Luke Joeckel who is also from Texas A&M and Joeckel has even vouched for Manziel as a top notch prospect.

4. Cleveland Browns
Sammy Watkins
Wide Receiver, Clemson

In my opinion this is or at least should be the best player in the draft and by extension should be the target of the draft for the Cleveland Browns. If the Rams choose to hold on to the number two overall pick, I would expect Watkins to go there. It is because of this that Browns should be praying for a trade to occur at all costs. The receiving targets on this team would be ridiculous with the pair of wide receivera Josh Gordon and Watkins plus tight end Jordan Cameron, I could throw the ball to those players so I’m sure quarterback Brian Hoyer is salivating at this idea.
