This will not be an easy game. I think the Eagles are good enough to win on the road against the 49ers but part of me cannot seeing the 49ers going 1-3. The Eagles offense will have a lot of success throwing the ball but will not see the ball a lot. I expect the 49ers to run the ball a lot with Kaepernick and Gore and try to keep the ball for long periods of time.

The Eagles have the talent to win this week but the 49ers are not a bad team. This game could be won by a moment of individual brilliance or a great special teams play. Nick Foles will have to be superb again and lead the offense without a consistent running game and with a banged up offensive line.

The Eagles, the best second-half team in the league are facing a team that falls apart in the second half of games.

Last time the Eagles travelled to the west coast, Nick Foles tied the NFL record for touchdown passes. While the 49ers aren’t as atrocious as the raiders are, the secondary isn’t very strong. Expect Foles and the receiving corps to have a huge game.
