Another possible option to add to the Eagles receiving core, Bell also possess the ability to take the top off a defense. A big play threat at Nebraska, Bell earned first-team All-Big Ten honors in 2014. His 4.3 40-yard dash and 41 1/2″ vertical jump allow him to beat defenders deep and also possess the ability to win jump balls.

In terms of his fit in Philadelphia, Bell could step in as the #4 receiver who can be used as a deep threat right away. Bell is a willing blocker in the running game which will definitely fit what the Eagles are looking for. His ability to play special teams also adds to his value and his chances of contributing right away.
