Sam Bradford

Ever since the Eagles traded for quarterback Sam Bradford, his fit with the team was called into question. Kelly preaches that durability is the best ability and things like that…but then he goes and trades for the most injury prone quarterback in the NFL? It doesn’t add up.

Bradford is a solid player, when he has two fully functional legs, which is rare. That’s the problem, he’s constantly hurt and can’t be the answer at quarterback for the Eagles with such an awful injury history. If the Eagles make a move up for Mariota, Bradford would likely be included in the deal.

The Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns are the rumored partners for a possible Mariota trade. Both of those teams could use a player such as Bradford on a one-year deal. He likely isn’t of much value to any other teams so he’ll be sticking around in Philadelphia if the Eagles can’t move up for Mariota.
