23. Minnesota Vikings: Joshua Garnett, G, Stanford

The centerpiece of the Vikings’ offense, even at 30 years old (about to be 31 this month), is still running back Adrian Peterson and Minnesota should treat him as such.

For Peterson to remain effective, he’ll need some good blocking from his interior linemen and Joshua Garnett is one of the best run-blocking guards in this year’s draft. He’s a relentless bull of a man and is a dominant competitor.

The Vikings need help on the O-line and there are few linemen in this draft as body guard-ish as Garnett.
