7. San Francisco 49ers: Jared Goff, QB, California

The 49ers have brought in former Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly and with a quarterback like Colin Kaepernick, Kelly’s uptempo offense can really soar.

There’s only one problem; Kaepernick wants no part of it, per reports.

It this is true, Kaepernick could be wearing a different uniform in 2016, meaning the 49ers will have to draft a quarterback in the first round to avoid relying on Blaine Gabbert to win football games.

With Jared Goff still available, the 49ers will not be able to resist. Goff is arguably the best quarterback prospect in this year’s draft and Chip Kelly in infatuated with Pac-12 prospects, so Goff would make too much sense in San Francisco.
