5) Lito Sheppard, CB Florida (26th overall in ’02)
Sheppard was a key component to a shutdown secondary that featured the likes of Troy Vincent, Brian Dawkins and fellow 2002 picks Sheldon Brown and Michael Lewis. He was one of the most prolific of the group, snagging 17 interceptions and scoring three touchdowns during his seven-year tenure in Philly.
As has been the case with many on this list, Sheppard’s career sputtered out after leaving town, playing three additional forgettable seasons for as many teams.
