2) Tra Thomas, OT Florida State (11th overall in ’98)

Among the greatest offensive linemen in franchise history, Thomas was also one of the most respected and accomplished Eagles for over a decade. For nine of those seasons, he and Jon Runyan formed arguably the best tackle combination in the league.

Thomas’s imposing combination of size (6’7,” 320 pounds), agility and durability earned him three Pro Bowl berths and helped to contribute to Philadelphia’s winningest era of football. In fact, during most of that time, the only man above him on this list was the primary benefactor of his blocking skills.

Thomas has served as a post-game analyst for Eagles on Comcast SportsNet since 2011.
