Less than twenty days away from round one it is time for my first mock draft. The Philadelphia Eagles rumors are flying and it is getting to the point that no one has any clue what the Eagles are thinking because there is so much news coming out of Philadelphia.

The one thing that is clear is that they want a quarterback. The other thing is that they have some level of interest in all of Cal’s Jared Goff, Penn State’s Christian Hackenberg and North Dakota State’s Carson Wentz. For this week the rumor has been that they will give their best effort to move up for Wentz. However, on Friday, it is now rumored that the Eagles want to move down and get more draft picks.

Neither of these moves make a ton of sense. The Eagles moved up saying that there are ten players they have their eye on, and they signed quarterbacks Sam Bradford and Chase Daniel saying they believed they are both starting caliber quarterbacks in the NFL.
