9) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Shaq Lawson DE, Clemson
The Buccaneers need a pass rusher and Lawson is a very talented one and is a solid value at this point in the draft. Lawson has a motor that just will not quit until he gets to the quarterback and is a guy that anyone would want on the football field.
