While the Titans and Browns might look smart for moving their picks in exchange for a huge bounty, the Chargers pick up an extra pick or two and come away with best player in the draft. Ramsey is a very talented player and future pro bowler at a position of need, but Tunsil is a generational talent at a position of dire need.
