TRADE! The Philadelphia Eagles send disgruntled quarterback Sam Bradford and a 7th round selection (pick 233) to the Denver Broncos for the 98th overall pick in the draft. This pick is one of Denver’s two selections in the 3rd round, so they’ll have no problem parting ways with it for a starting quarterback. They also gain a 7th round pick, which is a bit more than what they gave up to acquire quarterback Mark Sanchez.

The pick is used to take a sturdy SEC cornerback, who just so happens to be the best player on the board at a position of need for the Eagles. The trade becomes a win-win for both sides involved, and the Eagles get to add much needed depth to their cornerback group, which is currently built on short-term deals.
