#4. Jordan Hicks

Truthfully, Hicks has already stepped up in ways many of us could have never imagined, but he needs to comeback just as strong this season. Had he continued on the path he was on last year, he would have been in the running for Rookie of the Year. The fans appreciated his performance, and sidelining Tony Romo didn’t hurt either.

The Eagles’ defense was the only thing fans could hang their hats on last year, and Hicks was a huge part of its’ production. New Defensive Coordinator, Jim Schwartz wants to create havoc for quarterbacks by creating pressure and disrupting timing. The Eagles have the power, speed, and the instincts to excel in the system. Expect Hicks to be a centerpiece of Schwartz’s defense. All eyes, from the stands to the sidelines, should and will be on him.
