5 Philadelphia Eagles you must select in your fantasy football draft
By Ryan Quigley
Jordan Matthews
Matthews is undoubtedly the granddaddy of the Eagles’ skill players from a fantasy perspective.
Last season, Matthews recorded 85 receptions for nearly 1,000 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. There’s no question who the Eagles’ No. 1 receiver is and other than maybe Rueben Randle, no one on the team is as reliable as Matthews (even though he lets balls slip through his fingers every once in a while).
Matthews will continue to play predominantly from the slot this season, which should not negatively effect his fantasy value. Matthews is the only proven option the Eagles have at wide receiver and could potentially eclipse the 1,000-yard mark in 2016.
