Inside The Iggles: We keep hearing names like Kerry Hyder and Tahir Whitehead. How good are they truly and who are some other possible roadblocks for an Eagles victory?

Risdon: Hyder is a great story, a practice squad guy who got into outstanding physical shape and earned his roster spot. He’s got 5 sacks so far, including one in every game. He’s not a highly skilled guy but he’s relentless and smart.

Whitehead is a Philly guy, went to Temple. He’s been the Lions best linebacker the last two seasons. He is pretty solid all-around but doesn’t have the range or quickness of a lot of his Mike linebacker peers. His inability to turn and run with tight ends has been an ongoing issue. Don’t try to run in between the tackles without a tight end or fullback getting on him right away though. Murray and the Eagles found that out the hard way last year.
