2017 Season Prediction: 9-7

The Eagles are close to becoming a perennial contender in the NFC but could need one more year of Wentz developing, gaining chemistry with new pieces on the offensive line, running back and wide receiver and a rebuild of the cornerback position before this team is ready to make the postseason.

With the NFL Draft yet to be completed, it is hard to tell just how tough the 2017 schedule is for the Eagles. Starting the season on the road two weeks in a row, plus playing road games four of five weeks between Week 11-15 doesn’t make it look easy.

It is tied for the 10th most difficult schedule in the NFL when it comes to combined win percentage of opponents.

Having to play two playoff teams in Dallas and New York twice, two division champions in Kansas City and Seattle, plus a dangerous Wild Card team in the Oakland Raiders makes the 2017 schedule intriguing for the Eagles.

Reckless speculation complete!
