13. Arizona Cardinals: QB Patrick Mahomes, Texas Tech

With a Super Bowl caliber roster, the Cardinals have to take advantage of being in the top 15.

Carson Palmer has one or two years left with Arizona and Patrick Mahomes is the perfect fit for Bruce Arian’s heavy vertical passing attack.

Mahomes can sit and develop coming out of Texas Tech as an extremely raw prospect.
