15. Indianapolis Colts: DE Derek Barnett, Tennessee

Outside of Myles Garrett, Barnett is the most efficient pass rusher in the draft. Barnett had 23 sacks in his last two seasons with the Volunteers.

What Barnett lacks in speed and explosion, he makes up for in technique and effort.

The Colts need a plethora of talented players on defense. Barnett is a start.
