16. Baltimore Ravens: WR Corey Davis, Western Michigan

Baltimore has had success draft almost every position. Except for wide receiver.

With the retirement of Steve Smith, and the inability for Perriman to stay healhty, Davis would immediately be relied upon by Joe Flacco.
