18. Tennessee Titans: OLB Charles Harris, Missouri

Harris is an athletic pass rusher (ran a 4.82) that will fit perfectly with Dick Lebeau’s defense.

The Mizzou Tiger has explosion off the ball with strong hand technique. Harris also has coverage ability that fits well in a 3-4.

The rebuild of the Titans defense continues.
