Nelson Agholor

Thus far, a legitimate argument can be made for Agholor being one of the worst draft selections in Philadelphia Eagles history. Taken with the No. 20 overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft, Agholor was expected to fill the void left by Jeremy Maclin. Needless to say, that certainly hasn’t happened.

In two seasons, Agholor has caught a total of 59 balls for 648 yards and three touchdowns. He has consistently been ranked as one of the worst receivers in the NFL and isn’t even guaranteed a roster spot this season.

However, it appears Agholor’s breakout may be on the horizon.

According to Doug Pederson, newly hired wide receivers coach Mike Groh has “lit a fire” under Agholor. Maybe this is the spark Agholor’s needed to kickstart his career?
