5. There’s much to work on and learn..

Even though Philly’s already played their game, it’s still week six for the rest of the NFL. Much still needs to play out. Even more needs to be learned about this Eagles team, but some are starting to use terms like Super Bowl. With such a hot start and so much room to improve, that can be expected.

You can also argue that, with so much that can be improved upon, the championship talk needs to subside a little. Most who are thinking rationally would probably agree with that second theory. Pederson can be counted in that number. Sure, he’s just as excited about his team as anyone else, but he’s also saying what some of us are already thinking.

Philly’s missing some throws. They can afford to get better on third down. There are mistakes that are being made that this team can learn from.

Either way, no one’s going to argue with a 5-1 start.
