Which five Philadelphia Eagles players have made the most improvement from last season?

Finally, the Philadelphia Eagles get their well deserved week off. They head into their week ten bye sitting on top of the NFL at 8-1. Winning in the NFL is tough alone, but to do it for eight straight weeks is very impressive. With a second-year head coach and quarterback, the Eagles have taken a major jump in progression from last year’s 7-9 season.

The Eagles front office has done a tremendous job in bringing in veteran talent for quarterback, Carson Wentz. But let’s not forget about the veterans that have taken a major personal jump in progression on the roster. After the 2016 season, a lot of guys had question marks on their names and targets on their backs. Some players had a lot to prove and majority of them have done an excellent job clearing up their name while on the field.

After a long and hardworking offseason, plenty of players knew that they had a lot to prove. Some guys are still on their rookie contracts while other have to live up to their big extensions. Since we are now officially half way through the season, let’s acknowledge some of the Eagles most improved players from last season.
