Make sure you check out the photo of Nick Foles if you’re an Eagles fan and making your way to the Pro Football Hall of Fame for a visit.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles may not have punched his ticket to Canton yet, but his likeness will now be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame forever. Following the first Super Bowl victory in Eagles’ history, as you might imagine, there were one or two photographers on the field. In the process, Getty Images’ Rob Carr captured a moment that was very special.

Foles, reflecting on the most important win of his career, forgot that he was a quarterback for a a few seconds and, simply, focused on being a father.

Who knew that they put photos in the Pro Football Hall of Fame?

If you’re an Eagles fan, or just a football fan in general, you’ve probably seen one or two of NFL Films’ mini-documentaries that capture all of the behind the scenes moments of Super Bowl LII.

In one of them, Eagles head coach Doug Pederson joined his quarterback and made a comment suggesting that Foles’ daughter, Lily, was too young to understand what had just happened.

Well, one day she will. One day, her father will be able to sit down with her and talk about the time a backup quarterback took over a team and led them to the first Super Bowl in that team’s existence. If she ever needs proof, all she’ll ever need to do is take a trip to Canton, Ohio (or Google).

Thanks to the 50th Annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Photo Contest, Carr’s photo, the winner of the Dave Boss Award of Excellence, will live Canton forever. Foles may never be inducted himself, but its’ safe to say he has a spot in the Eagles Hall of Fame, and a permanent spot in the hearts of Philly’s fans.
