Aside from the running game, the Eagles haven’t been all that great up front on offense, which is surprising considering they were one of the best offensive lines in the league last year. But 2018 is a different year, and the Eagles are simply struggling up front. Unfortunatley, Lane Johnson hasn’t been on his A-Game, and he continues to battle through injuries.

During the Jacksonville game two weeks ago, Johnson was diagnosed with an MCL sprain, and was expected to miss four weeks. Well, Johnson doesn’t plan to miss that much time, if any time at all. During this week, he’s been limited in practice, but sources say that he just might play this week, as he is listed as questionable on the injury report.

If there’s one area where the Cowboys are very good, it’s on the defensive line. Their pass rusher DeMarcus Lawrence is the real deal, and he’s primed for a breakout game on any given Sunday. So whether it’s Johnson in at right tackle, or Halapoulivaati Vaitai, they need to make sure they keep Lawrence out of the backfield one way or another.
