Alex Bars, G/OT, Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Cue that Irish fight song that we’ve all been hearing for our entire lives. With a name like ‘Bars’ you have two choices in life. Become a very good offensive lineman or a rapper from Atlanta.

Alex Bars went the route of option one, and now, this six-foot-six, 312-pound prospect can play inside and outside along the offensive line. Due to having short arms by an offensive lineman’s standards, he figures to be a third-day draftee in the upcoming NFL selection meeting.

He missed most of 2018 with an ACL/MCL injury. Otherwise, he’d be higher on everyone’s list.

Garrett Bradbury, C, N.C. State Wolfpack

Daniel Jeremiah seemed to be very impressed with Bradbury on the scouting combine’s first day. He clocked in at 4.92 in the 40, and if Philly’s looking for someone to eventually take over for Jason Kelce, this is as good a prospect as any.

If they look elsewhere early, Bradbury may not be available when they get a chance to pick again.

Next. Eagles have met with a ton of running backs at the NFL Combine. dark

Honorable mention:

Florida right tackle Jawaan Taylor, Oklahoma’s Cody Ford and Weber State left tackle Iosua Opeta weren’t on our list originally, but all had good workouts.

Taylor skipped the 40 but did well in drills, however he figures to be off of the board once we get to Philly’s selection. Ford ran a 5.21 and looked good in drills. Opeta notched 39 reps on the bench (no one else at the position topped 34). He also ran a 4.94 in the 40.
