Here’s who the Philadelphia Eagles have met with for top-30 pre-draft visits
Cornerbacks:
Amani Oruwariye, Penn State Nittany Lions
Maybe it’s because they play in the same state, but Penn State guys always end up on the radar don’t they? Oruwariye is a six-foot-one, 203-pound prospect who earned First team All-Big Ten honors in 2018.
Deandre Baker, Georgia Bulldogs
SEC fans are familiar with this corner after seeing him produce a very good final season ‘between the hedges’. After the dust settled and the Bulldogs had won the Rose Bowl, Baker earned some individual honors as well.
He earned First-Team All-SEC honors, was named a Consensus All-American, and he also took home the Jim Thorpe Award, an award given to the top defensive back in college football.
Isaiah Johnson, Houston Cougars
According to The Draft Network, Johnson could be a nice project for a team willing to mold him into a starter. Unfortunately, he might not be ready for that until year three.
NFL.com disagrees. They believe he could have chance to start immediately. Both sites compare him to Ahkello Witherspoon. He has a nice combination of size, strength and speed.
