Round 4, Pick138: Montre Hartage, CB

If Philly goes with a cornerback later in the draft, a very real possibility, here are the names of some of the best players that may still be available: Montre Hartage, Kendall Sheffield, Corey Ballentine, and Hamp Cheevers (we think Iman Marshall and Joejuan Williams will be off of boards by then).

In Hartage, Philly gets a five-foot-eleven, 190-pound speedy guy (he ran the 40 in 4.68) who racked up 51 tackles and two interceptions in his final season at the collegiate level. Round 4 is where he figures to come off of draft boards. Philly may get some good value for him there.

Round 5, Pick163: Joe Jackson, DE

A few sources have stated that they were disappointed with Jackson’s play in 2018, but with proper coaching and motivation, many also agree that he can also be a game wrecker. In 2018, he racked up 47 tackles, nine sacks, three forced fumbles, three pass deflections, and an interception.

His selection could help in infusing some youth into the Eagles pass rush and create some ease as it appears Chris Long may be having some thoughts about whether or not he’ll return and because Brandon Graham and Vinny Curry are aging.
