2018:

Philly brought in five new Eagles in 2018. Dallas Goedert and Avonte Maddox have already earned the wings on their helmets and demonstrated that they belong in an ultra-competitive NFL. They carry a class that includes two offensive linemen who will be in a fight for their jobs this season, Matt Pryor and Jordan Mailata, and a defensive end most fans are hoping comes up with a breakout season.

Verdict: Maddox and Goedert are good enough to earn this class a C grade (meaning average) while Sweat’s potential could eventually raise them to the C+ or B- area.
