5. Chris Maragos

Here’s a guy who’s definitely loved by the Eagles fan base, but here’s the thing. After a while, it began to seem as though he was monopolizing a roster spot that could have been given to someone else who can do more than make plays on special teams.

The Eagles placed Maragos on the PUP (physically unable to perform) list to start the 2018 season. On February 22nd of 2019, he was released. Recently, he’s had a few post-career surgeries, but we all love Chris, and we’re hoping for his success in his health and in his personal and professional life. He’s truly a good guy.

6. Chandon Sullivan

The Eagles are stacked at cornerback, and that gave them all of the fuel they needed to release Sullivan on May 1st of 2019. The Green Bay Packers signed him five days later. Since he entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2018, he has seven total tackles on his resume.

He has the potential to be a very good pro, but Philly’s set with the likes of Cre’Von LeBlanc, Avonte Maddox, Rasul Douglas, Ronald Darby, Jalen Mills, and Sidney Jones.
