11. Paul Richardson Jr., wide receiver

Paul Richardson Jr. isn’t a guy that gets a ton of national attention, and there’s a reason for that. Five NFL seasons have produced 115 receptions for 1,564 yards and ten touchdowns. That includes the 20 receptions and two touchdowns he scored in his first season with the Redskins last season.

Now, to be fair, he was placed on injured reserve on November 5th due to a shoulder injury after seven games (he started four). He’ll start again on Sunday. Could Week 1 be the beginning of a breakout season? We’ll soon see.

12. Vernon Davis, tight end

Vernon Davis was the sixth-overall selection of the 2006 NFL Draft. He’s now entering his 14th NFL season. Though he isn’t the same guy he once was, in a limited role, the Redskins can keep him fresh and make a few big plays here and there.

Don’t ignore Davis. He’s the old man now, but he can still make things happen against Philly’s second level and secondary. Keep an eye on him in Week 1.
