1. How is DeSean Jackson really?

The sheer joy of knowing all Summer that DeSean Jackson was back home and looking like his same old explosive self quickly evolved into a bit of fear when it was learned that ’10’ broke a bone in his ring finger on his left hand during a practice session.

With all the injuries the Eagles have had to overcome during the past two seasons, it just didn’t seem fair, but the Eagles, their star receiver, and their fans got some good news when they found out Jackson was cleared to play in the season opener.

Jackson’s spent some time in both the home and visiting locker rooms during this rivalry’s most recent confrontations, but he’s an Eagle again. Now, unlike some recent encounters where he’s been with both the Redskins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, any big plays he comes up with will aid the Eagles, not hurt them.

There’s just one thing. He broke one of his fingers guys. Call us crazy, but it would seem that a wide receiver would need for his hands to be in good working order. Expect a few cameras to be following him around on Sunday.
