The good news for Los Angeles Rams fans is this. There may not be a Super Bowl hangover in 2019. L.A. traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina and won in Week 1. They also won despite the fact that they weren’t at their best. Are we now privy to a Rams team that can win with finesse or win ugly?
It certainly seems that way. Ladies and gentlemen, don’t count the Rams out yet. They could win a lot of games in 2019, and there could be some shootouts in the NFC West.
It’s hard to give the Minnesota Vikings credit, and that seems to be the case even when they look impressive. It’s the Vikings. No matter what they do, we just all sit around waiting for the collapse to happen. Keep in mind the fact that Kirk Cousins is still their quarterback, and you know full well that you don’t believe in him.
Still, it’s hard to ignore what they did in Week 1. Their head coach, Mike Zimmer, is entering his sixth season at the helm, and he seems to have finally built the team that he wants to coach.
Here’s a very real possibility. The Chicago Bears regress and the Green Bay Packers and Vikings battle it out for the division crown. That’s assuming Dalvin Cook stays healthy.
