ITI: What is the perception of Matt LaFleur and how is he viewed in comparison to Mike McCarthy? Have the fans and media bought in?

Boston: So far, so good in Green Bay with Matt LaFleur. It’s hard not to be impressed with the team’s 3-0 start under the Pack’s new coach. It’s actually the first time they’ve been undefeated entering Week 4 since the 2015 season.

The team looks reenergized after a long season in 2018 and judging by the post-game speeches he’s given, the players seem to love him and seem to be buying in.

LaFleur is an offensive-minded coach, and that’s the number one reason why he was brought to Green Bay, but so far, the results haven’t been there, and this team’s struggled offensively.

It was always expected that the offense would take some time to gel, and LaFleur deserves a ton of praise for his work so far. Still, in the end, he will be judged by whether he can improve this offense from the end of the McCarthy era.
