Everybody should get very comfortable with the New England Patriots being at the top of quite a few NFL Power Rankings. If this is a problem for you, take some time, and do a little homework.

Pull out their schedule, and ask yourself a very serious question. Can you find a loss on their schedule? Don’t look now guys, but quietly, the Patriots could be working on another perfect regular season.

Is there any likelihood whatsoever that the Packers could wind up representing the NFC in the next Super Bowl? Okay, seriously, let’s do a little inventory. They have a Hall of Fame quarterback. They’ve given that Hall of Fame quarterback a running game, and they’re good enough on defense.

Keep in mind a lot of the pieces are new, and they haven’t really started to gel yet.

There’s also a very scary prospect here. Can you imagine what happens if this team gets home-field advantage and teams have to travel to Lambeau Field in January?
