15. . 4-1. Previous: 4th. New Orleans Saints. 3. team

The question when Drew Brees got hurt was whether or not the New Orleans Saints could hold everything together with a respectable win-loss total until the future first-ballot Hall of Fame inductee got back. The Saints are off to an excellent start with a very respectable 3-0 showing since he went down.

Teddy Bridgewater has the complete confidence of his teammates. The Saints’ defense has shown that they can be smothering. This team will win the NFC South. When Brees returns it will be to a better team than the one he left.

4. team. 36. . 4-1. Previous: 5th. Seattle Seahawks

Yes, the San Francisco 49ers are undefeated, but can you honestly say that you believe right now that they’re a better team than the Seattle Seahawks or the Los Angeles Rams?

It’s about time that we all come to some sort of understanding about a few things. There’s no excuse for Russell Wilson not getting more MVP consideration than he does. The Seahawks have Super Bowl aspirations and should be taken seriously, and the 49ers probably aren’t going to top the Rams or the ‘Hawks until everyone sees the Niners beat one of them.
