2. Brandon Graham, DE

Before last week’s matchup, Brandon Graham was pretty disappointing this season. With a rich, three-year contract recently inked, Graham was expected to be a lot better than what he’s been through the first few weeks. Then last week, Graham notched three sacks in one matchup.

While he didn’t exactly have a repeat performance against Minnesota, he did manage to get to Kirk Cousins, picking up the only sack of the day for the Eagles. Getting to the quarterback is satisfying, but Graham’s contributions went beyond that.

On a couple of screen passes, Graham showed his experience. As most pass rushers take the cheese and dart for the quarterback, they get fooled once the passer dumps the ball off quickly to an open running back with tons of open field ahead of him.

Graham wasn’t fooled on Sunday, though. He stayed home and waited for the screen pass so he could stop it before the play really did any damage. Graham wasn’t flawless, but he was far from an issue for the Eagles on Sunday.
