5-2. Previous: 9th. Indianapolis Colts. 5. team. 46.

We keep waiting on Jacoby Brissett to falter, and he never does. He just keeps on winning and never gets the credit that quarterbacks who play at a lesser level seem to always get (Baker Mayfield). Quietly, he’s putting a brilliant season together.

Then, there’s the rest of this team. The Indianapolis Colts have beaten the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans in consecutive weeks. Frank Reich continues to prove he’s one of the brilliant offensive minds in the NFL. This team is loaded with guys who have a chip on the shoulder.

We continue to ignore the Colts, and they continue to make us look silly for doing so.

team. 26. . 5-2. Previous: 7th. Baltimore Ravens. 6

The Baltimore Ravens didn’t even play last week, and they moved up in quite a few NFL Power Rankings, including this one. This is one of the best-coached teams in football. They’re definitely top five in game planning. The Ravens are young, getting better each week, and will be good for a long, long time.

They have officially taken the AFC North from the Pittsburgh Steelers, and it doesn’t appear that they’re intent on giving it back any time soon.
