4. Carson Wentz, QB

I think at this point; it goes without saying that quarterback Carson Wentz has to have a good game in order for this team to win. With DeSean Jackson back in the mix, Wentz will benefit big time. As we know, Wentz worked with Jackson a ton this past offseason, and they built up a solid bond on and off the field.

Unfortunately, we only got to see it come to life during Week 1, and that was a major tease. Wentz and Jackson are a good duo, and hopefully, they can put together another exceptional performance on offense this week.

But even if they don’t connect as often, at least Wentz should see easier targets to his other wideouts as double-teams won’t be as easy for defenses to do with Jackson back.

Last week, Wentz didn’t have his best game statistically. But what he did show that he can take control of the matchup and use his improv skills to his advantage and keep moving the ball when needed. Wentz was fantastic. And this week, he needs to be great once again.
