5. Carson Wentz throws 20 touchdowns and leaps back into the MVP discussion.

Carson Wentz has done a lot of on-the-job training in 2019, and you’ll see much of that pay off over the course of the final seven games of 2019. The bye week will do Philly some good. You’re going to get a better team when they get back, and with the difficulty of schedule easing a little down the stretch, Wentz will put up some nice numbers versus several defenses that can be had in the passing game.

He’s thrown 15 touchdowns in Philly’s first nine games versus very good competition. Expect him to throw 20 in their final seven.

Here’s something else of note: This won’t qualify as bold in some circles, but write this down. Philly will win the NFC East, and host a playoff game. They’ll lose to the Pats and then win six straight, giving them an11-5 regular-season record.
