Thanksgiving Day

UPSET ALERT: Chicago Bears (5-6) at Detroit Lions (3-7-1)

Line: -4 in favor of Chicago, Over-under: 37 points, Moneyline: CHI -220, DET +180 as of Wednesday at 4 p.m. EST)

Here’s a game that will have no bearing on the playoffs that might be very interesting if you love the game or you’re a fan of either one of these teams. Both squads are struggling, but the Detroit Lions have enough talent to get the job done in this one versus a Chicago Bears team that hasn’t been good on offense all season.

UPSET ALERT: Buffalo Bills (8-3) at Dallas Cowboys (6-5)

Line: -7 in favor of Dallas, Over-under: 47 points, Moneyline: BUF  +252, DAL -310 of Wednesday at 4 p.m. EST)

In the last eight Thanksgiving day games, the Dallas Cowboys have a 1-7 record versus the spread. Don’t be surprised if a Cowboys team mired in dysfunction lays an egg and loses against an up-and-coming Buffalo Bills squad.

New Orleans Saints (9-2) at Atlanta Falcons (3-8)

Line: -7 in favor of New Orleans, Over-under: 48.5 points, Moneyline: NO -300, ATL +250 as of Wednesday at 4 p.m. EST)

Drew Brees is a future Pro Football Hall of fame inductee, and Matt Ryan isn’t. Sean Payton is a legendary NFL coach and Dan Quinn isn’t. The New Orleans Saints are going to win this game, and the Atlanta Falcons aren’t.
