1. Take advantage of April’s draft

At the moment, the Eagles currently have seven picks heading into the 2020 NFL Draft, and while there will be plenty of areas to focus on once April arrives, it seems pretty clear that wide receiver will be one of them.

Depending on what the other teams ahead of them in the first round decide to do, it wouldn’t come as a surprise at all if Philadelphia at least explored the idea of using their first pick of the draft to provide Carson Wentz with another weapon to work with in the passing game.

From Jerry Jeudy out of Alabama to Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb, the Eagles will have numerous prospects to consider in the first round if they decide to learn in this direction, although it’s still too early to tell.

Say Philadelphia does end up deciding on using a first-round pick on a wideout, this would most likely become a similar situation to Arcega-Whiteside in which they hope to see an immediate impact come September.

Even if the Eagles decide to wait until the middle round, this year’s draft class will be filled with numerous players to choose from at the position, and could end up being a huge difference maker on offense down the road once the 2020 season is officially underway.
