We move along to the favs to win the SEC.

Don’t just hand the College Football Playoff National Championship Game trophy to the Ohio State Buckeyes yet. The LSU Tigers have championship aspirations of their own. Here are five guys to keep an eye on. Again, we’re throwing out Joe Burrow. Even if the Philadelphia Eagles were in the market for a quarterback, this one wouldn’t be available.

1. Justin Jefferson, wide receiver

Philly needs good wide receivers. LSU has one in Justin Jefferson. It would seem that any addition at wide receiver helps Philly out. Giving Carson Wentz a six-foot-three, 192-pound wideout who doesn’t possess the speed to become a deep threat won’t satisfy Philly’s desire to stretch the field, but at least he can catch.

2. Foster Moreau, tight end

Part of what made the Philadelphia Eagles so good in 2017 was the fact that they had a nice third option at tight end in Trey Burton. Since he left, there’s been a hole that they have yet to fill. Foster Moreau takes care of that, but would Philly use a draft selection on a tight end with so many other needs?

3. Rashard Lawrence, defensive tackle

Take everything that was just said about Georgia’s Tyler Clark, apply that to the other team’s best defensive tackle, and you have Rashard Lawrence. He’s a six-foot-three, 317-pound prospect that would take a ton of pressure off of Fletcher Cox.
